In the afternoon we drove to Velke Popovice, a small town about 20 miles in the south-east of Prague. A turn-of-the-century brewhouse is still in use. | |||||||

It was very interesting to see the lautergrant full of wort. | |||||||

On the way back to Prague we had dinner in the "U Bezousku" Brewpub at Pruhonice.
Mr Cernohorsky brews about 100 times per year with this tiny 5 hl brewhouse. He also showed us the fermenting rooms and gave us samples of his brews. |
